Information Clause

Regarding Processing of Personal Data on the Purpose of Signing Up a Demo

Pursuant to Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR) we would like to inform you that: 

  1. The Controller of your personal data is Dynamic Solutions Sp. z o.o. Sp. k.  with its registered office in Białystok, ul. Poleska 45/1, 15-114 Białystok registered in the National Court Register under KRS number 573359 (hereinafter referred to as „the Controller” or „Dynamic Solutions”). 

  2. The personal data provided by you during the demo booking is processed for the following purposes:

    • to schedule, confirm, and conduct the demo meeting you have requested;

    • to manage further correspondence with you, including sending reminders, instructions on how to join the demo, follow-up communications, and addressing any inquiries or requests you have made;

    • for the possible determination, pursuit of claims, or defense against claims, if necessary.

  3. The legal basis for processing is the Controller's legitimate interest in handling correspondence with you (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).  

  4. Your personal data will be stored until the completion of the Controller's legitimate interests that constitute the basis for this processing or until you object to such processing, unless further processing period is required under applicable law.

  5. Your personal data may be shared with entities that provide us with legal, consulting, insurance services, or IT system support, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system providers. These transfers are based on data processing agreements that comply with GDPR, ensuring that your data is managed securely and in accordance with the law. Additionally, your data may be disclosed to other entities when authorized under applicable law. 

  6. You have the right to access your data, right to rectify (amend) your data, the right to erase your data, the right to restrict the processing of your data, the right to object to the processing of your data.

  7. If you believe that processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw Poland. 

  8. Your personal data may be transferred to a third country/international organization but with adequate level of protection in accordance with the conditions set out in Chapter 5 of the GDPR.

  9. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making processes, including profiling.
